Board of Presidents

Kimberly Douglas

Founder & CEO

President and Co-founder of The FLOW (Florida Leaders Opening Worlds) Film Festival and Film Market in honor of her grandmother, Syble G., a seasoned artist and published poet who has been deemed a national treasure in Guyana, S.A. In the festival, contributions made by women in production in non-traditional roles are celebrated and guaranteed distribution should they win and there is a specialty namesake award for filmmakers presenting content that documents the lives of women.

Kimberly’s experience in content creation and curation is extensive. She brought her vast skill set to The Los Angeles Tribune when she launched their inaugural International Film Festival in 2025, as their Associate Festival Director. Her community outreach endeavor is The FLOW Project, where she educates underserved youth about production and offers pathways to employment. FLOW added a music festival to their lineup for 2026 at The Hard Rock Guitar Rooftop, celebrating the original music created by FLOW Films in 2025. She also is assuming the role of Vice President for Grateful Records Talent Agency in Spring 2027. Kimberly continues to give a voice to those who are underrepresented in our government and media as a whole. She lives in Hollywood, FL with her husband, 4 children, and their dog Rockie.

Tiffany Porter

Co-founder

Having been in the performing arts from the tender age of 2, Tiffany Porter has a broad range of experience both in front of and behind the scenes. A multi-disciplinary artist by trade, Tiffany has been involved in music, fine art, film, fashion, theater, events and more. She was also the founder and Executive Director of the Wollongong Lights Film-Makers Club.

Nicolas Morgan

President of Operations

Trained in the art of filmmaking at Miami- Dade College where he learned to write, produce and direct films. He worked as a set carpenter with Propmasters of Miami, then further moved on to design and build sets for theater, film and television commercials. He has been both in front of and behind the camera since 1993.

Kyle Meacham

President of Design & Technology

Kyle Meacham, 30, is the Founder and CEO of Minnesota Multimedia, which he started in January 2019. He has deep knowledge of the Digital Multimedia Industry. Locally, he is known for his skills in Lightweight Software and Web Development and Design. He also has expertise in Camera and Video Production.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys volunteering, bird watching, fishing, skiing, and spending time with family. He also loves hiking to capture great photos. For his career, he focuses on learning new skills in Computer Science to meet diverse client needs and conducts market research.

Dustin Fealy

Flow Music Fest Director

Dustin Fealy is an American singer, actor, and model based in South Florida. He has performed for thousands on television and live. Dustin headlines major music festivals, and regularly takes the stage at legendary venues. He continues to build his career across both the music and entertainment industries.

Fernando Rivero

Crypto Currency Compliance

A thriving entrepreneur, financial analyst and crypto enthusiast, born and raised in Miami, Florida. With over 12 years of financial experience while working with companies in the private and public sectors, as well as fortune 500 companies, Fernando has gained the necessary knowledge to excel in all financial realms. In addition to his strong financial background, Fernando has a strong business process/innovation background giving him a unique skill set.

Robin Lam

Robin Lam is a serial entrepreneur with $600M+ in private equity exits especially in commercial real estate & data centers. He is currently a founding partner at a multifamily office firm.

Dana DellaCamera

Judge

Dana DellaCamera is a Filmmaker, Producer, and Actor. Dana has acted in many short films and web series including the 2013 “Best Film” in the 48 Hour Film Project “Bon Voyage”. She also works on the production side as the Assistant Director, Associate Producer for the micro-budget Feature film “Kali Mah Tina (2017)”, and Production and Casting Manager for the feature film “Meant to be Broken” (2018). Both films were screened at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival. A short film she worked on as a Creative Producer, “Deep Within” (2016) won “Best Film” in Florida through the 48 Hour Film Project. In addition to acting and developing her own projects, Dana is the Director of the Arts Accelerator, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting emerging artists in film in developing thriving careers and creating a sustainable film industry in South Florida. Dana is proud to share that the filmmakers who participated in the Filmmaking Masterclass that the Arts Accelerator taught created 2 films, a comedy “God’s Plan” and a drama “Theft” were accepted into the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and had their world premiere through the festival (Nov. 2020). Dana is currently working on post-production for the Arts Accelerator Masterclasses student's 3rd film "Alpha".

Bryan G Thompson

Judge

​Bryan G Thompson, is an award-winning filmmaker, international business executive, and US Army Veteran. He studied International Business at Eastern Michigan University earning his B.A. and Law at the College of William & Mary, earning his J.D. in 2012. In December 2017, he earned his LL.M. at the University of Miami with coursework including TV and Film Distribution and International Law. Having begun his work in Media and Entertainment several years prior to attending law school, his studies lead him to eventually write and produce films spanning several genre, often dealing with complex legal issues. He is known for the following film productions: El Sueño, Rogue Cell, Thanksgiving With The Carters, and Noventa.  2021 releases include: Valentine’s Date, Rogue Cell: Shadow Warrior, Carter Family Reunion, and Easter Someday.  In addition, Thompson appears as an actor in the international thriller Cold Light.​

Rachel Galvin

Rachel Galvin has been a jurist for multiple festivals through the years in South Florida. She has helped to run the Super Geek Film Festival at Supercon and Spooky Empire's Horror Film Festival. She also has been an actress and award-winning writer for over 20 years and has her own magazine about the film industry called Independent Streak Magazine. In addition, she has written a book about the industry called "Basics of the Biz."

Alicia Carreno

⭐Selection Committee Chair⭐

Growing up in a family of artists, Alicia Carreno experienced a lifestyle that led to great imagination and creativity.

As a child, she

always knew that performing and story telling would be her calling.

Her aspirations have led to multiple opportunities in film and music.

As of today, Alicia- also known as artist

AiA, is signed music with label 50/50 Global under BMG/Sony publishing.

She also, co-produced and starred in several films and collaborated

on other projects; Including award winning film ‘Bonk’,  and the opening song for the TV series, ‘Dream Factory’.

Her most recent roll is playing “Kiki” - a troubled wife of a mobster in ‘The HitMen’ by Anthony N. Galizia Sr.  and Danny Klapadoras.

When Alicia is not working on a project, she teaches yoga and spends quality time with her loved ones.

Edna-Chelsea Babongui

Edna has worked in journalism and communications for over 10 years. Currently, she

is the editor-in-chief of the monthly, bilingual, digital women's magazine Lioness, Le

Magazine des Reines. She also oversees the outreach wing of the

First Ladies of the World within the G100. Her organization, Leyilab, is a non-profit organization based in Caen, Normandy (France), which advocates for social justice. As a Leyilab´s founder, she was the sponsor of the "Femmes Modèles" competition

in Guinea. A coaching event for young women, the leading ladies of tomorrow. An

initiative supported by the Guinean government. The multifaceted journalist also participated in writing the white paper on women's entrepreneurship organized by the Private Investment Promotion Agency and the Golden Women association. She participated in the drafting of the three-year plan for the decade of women organized by UNFPA and, as a member of REFAC, she assisted the CEO & Founder of the platform in the session of the UN Security Council.

AJ Major

AJ Major has been a movie enthusiast & film lover from a very young age. AJ joined FLOW as a certified Junior Achievement of South Florida and budding entrepreneur. Documented work experience includes freelance editing and photography. AJ is excited about using their expertise to grow as a creator and are always happy to offer a unique perspective.
